THROAT
Sometimes, when you are speaking to someone, you feel you are unable to speak clearly for a short time because your throat is dry or blocked. You have something in your throat.
That not sounds very well. I suppose if it is green -like Antonio says, it must be when you have a runny nose but not in nose otherwise in the throat. yuck!
Yes, but it's not what you're thinking about. When you can't speak properly, you say you have a .... (it's a sort of animal...) Come on, nobody's going to guess it?
I do know it!!!! But I'm not going to tell to the rest of people. Just a tip... it's something usually green.

Could it be a "strep throat"?
